Good in the Hood is Z Energy’s community initiative to give back money to the communities where they have petrol stations.  Community groups were invited to submit an application and the station owners and staff went through them and then chose four community groups they want to support.

The chosen four groups will each be allocated a ‘bin’ in store, and Z customers can take a token after each purchase, and vote for the community group of their choice.  $4,000 per station will be divided amongst the four groups, according to the number of customer votes they receive.

Voting starts 1 May and closes on 31 May.

What do we need to do to support this?

Need to fill up?  If there’s a Z station in your area that is supporting Victim Support, how about popping in there to fill up, and vote for Victim Support?  How much we get depends on how many votes we get!

Spread the word to friends and colleagues:  shop and vote at the ‘Victim Support Z stations’.

If you don’t get handed a token, just ask for one.

And wait there’s more – if you download the Z App now, at midday on 1 May all Z App users will be given a Good in the Hood voucher for a free token straight in to their Z App account – to be used at any time over the month of May.
