Counties-Manukau Information Evening: Becoming a Volunteer Support Worker

Are you looking a chance to give back to your community and support others in their time of need? Victim Support Counties-Manukau are recruiting new Volunteer Support Workers and we’d love to hear from you!

Victim Support volunteers are everyday people who make an extraordinary difference, helping others to cope with the impacts of crime and trauma. Volunteers receive comprehensive training and support from our professional team, and no qualifications or experience are required.

You’re invited to join us for an information evening to learn more about how you can become a Victim Support Volunteer Support Worker:

When: 6.00-8.00pm, Wednesday 2 October

Where: Friendship House, 20 Putney Way, Manukau CBD

(Snacks provided)

Contact us at events@victimsupport.org.nz or 09 263 2733 to RSVP, or to arrange a discussion about volunteering if you can’t make it along.

We look forward to seeing you there!
